David KviringDavid Kviring, Chief Financial Officer at HTS Toronto, has a broad range of experience in finance and accounting. Kviring joined HTS Toronto in 1998 when he was hired as Controller. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2008, when he also became a shareholder of the company.
Kviring served as Accounting Manager for four years for the largest district heating and cooling supplier in Canada, Toronto District Heating Corporation, now known as Enwave Corp.
Kviring is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.
He has a degree in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Kevin LittleKevin Little, a Professional Engineer and one of the managing Principals of HTS Ontario, has extensive experience in the HVAC industry.
Little joined HTS Ontario in 1992 and is responsible for equipment applications and sales to end users.
Before joining the company, he spent nine years with Mechanical Consulting Engineering, otherwise known as MCW Toronto.
Little is a LEED-Accredited Professional and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Canada Green Building Council and Professional Engineers Ontario.
Little has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queens University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto.
Paul PiluttiA certified Professional Engineer, Paul Pilutti has extensive HVAC experience. He serves as Director of Canadian Operations.
Pilutti is responsible for managing the seven branch offices and engineering sales groups for HTS throughout Ontario. He also helps to mentor and train new intern graduate engineers in all aspects of HVAC systems and equipment.
Pilutti has been at HTS Toronto working with consulting engineers since 1992. Previously, he worked for the Trane Co. for 12 years.
He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and Professional Engineers Ontario.
Pilutti graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in engineering. Andy SelinA certified Professional Engineer, Andy Selin, founding Principal and Director of contracting sales for HTS Ontario, has more than 20 years of HVAC sales expertise.
Among his many roles with the company and Toronto office, Selin manages business development of IT solutions, the building automation controls business and the contracting sales team. He also regularly mentors junior sales engineers.
Selin held a position in contracting sales with Trane Canada for four years prior to joining HTS, a position he has held for 18 years. Among his career achievements, most notably, McQuay selected Selin as Salesman of the Year in 2008.
He is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario. Selin is an avid cyclist and developed a local cycling club in Toronto.
Selin graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering science from the University of Western Ontario. Derek GordonDerek Gordon, President and CEO of HTS in Canada, also serves as the Director of U.S. Operations for the company. In this role, he sets corporate direction and goals for all divisions and interests of HTS. He also manages and develops the HTS group of companies including distribution, parts, service, controls and manufacturing entities.
With a career spanning nearly 30 years, Gordon spent 10 years at Trane Company before forming HTS Engineering, Ltd. 18 years ago. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario Canada and is certified as a Professional Engineer. He is LEED® certified, a member of numerous manufacturer advisory boards and is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario. He also is a graduate of the prestigious Richard Ivey School of Business Quantum Shift™ Program – an honor bestowed on only 40 top Canadian business entrepreneurs annually. |
