This multi facetted building is located in the heart of Toronto's entertainment district and on the front lawn of the Air Canada Centre – the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors. The building contains a huge grocery store, 3 levels of retail, a 10 story office building, a ten story hotel and 2 50 story condominium towers. The facility utilized district steam for heating and Enwave Deep Lake Water Cooling for all air conditioning systems.The Architect is KPMB/Page+Steele Architects and the Mechanical Consultant is Hidi Rae Consulting Engineers.

HTS Engineering provided all the main HVAC equipment and Controls including:
-Xylem/Bell & Gossettheat exchangers
-Xylem /Bell & Gossettpumps
-Haakon AHUs
-Compartment units
-DriSteem Humidifiers
-Fan Coils-Custom wall fin enclosure
-Heat recovery units.
